Terms and Conditions for Internet Service
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the internet services (“Service”)
provided by Bethnet CC (“ISP”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) to you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”). By
subscribing to or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Agreement
1.1 Service Description
We provide internet connectivity and related services as outlined in your subscription package.
1.2 Service Availability
Service availability may be subject to network conditions, maintenance, or factors beyond our
control (e.g., power outages, natural disasters).
2. Customer Obligations
2.1 Equipment
You are responsible for the proper use and maintenance of any equipment provided or purchased
from us. Unauthorized tampering or modification is prohibited. All fixtures remain the property of
Bethnet.
2.2 Compliance
You must not use the Service for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to fraud, hacking,
or spreading malware.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Billing
Invoices will be issued monthly, and payment is due 7 days of the invoice date.Late payments will
result in the suspension or termination( after 60 days) of service. Reconnection fees may apply as
outlined in section 3.3.
3.3 Reactivation Fees
If your account is suspended due to non-payment, a reactivation fee of R350.00 is payable before the
service is reinstated. This fee is non-refundable and must be settled along with all outstanding
balances on your account. Reactivation of service is subject to confirmation of payment.
3.4 Callout Fees
If an on-site visit is required to resolve any issues not caused by our equipment or network (e.g.,
customer-installed hardware, environmental factors, or improper use), a callout fee of R350.00 will
be charged. This fee is payable before or at the time of the visit. Additional charges may apply for
extended labour or replacement of customer-owned equipment.
4. Fair Usage Policy
4.1 Bandwidth Limits
The Service is subject to fair usage policies. Excessive use that impacts other customers’ experience
may lead to bandwidth restrictions or additional charges.
4.2 Prohibited Activities
Spamming, file-sharing of copyrighted material without permission, or excessive
downloading/uploads that affect network performance is strictly prohibited.
5. Termination
5.1 Termination by Customer
You may terminate the service by providing 30 days notice. Any equipment provided by us must be
returned in good condition.
5.2 Termination by ISP
We reserve the right to terminate your service for non-payment, breach of these terms, or any illegal
activity.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 We will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions, delays, or other
network issues beyond our reasonable control.
6.2 Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding three
months.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle your personal data per our Privacy Policy. Your data may be
collected and used for service improvement and compliance with legal requirements.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to this Agreement shall first be attempted to resolve amicably. If unresolved,
disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the laws of South Africa.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions as we see fit. Continued use of the
service after modifications constitutes acceptance.

to these Terms and Conditions.
